We have rental properties north & south of the river. All of our properties are newer properties, in nice neighborhoods. I think you will be impressed with what we have to offer. We have short and long term leases available, so if you are only needing a place to live for a few months, we can accomodate you for as many months as you need. Long term leases are for one year. Short term can be for one or more months. Just let us know what you need and we will try and make it happen.

We have townhomes, as well as single family homes available, depending upon what exact location or area you prefer. The yard maintenance will be provided for townhomes. As far as maintenance or repairs, we have provisions for all of our properties, so you can spend your time doing more enjoyable things.
